How the library is built

Every page is designed for fast scanning and responsible citation, not for inflating a single number into a claim it cannot support.

  1. Fetch the source. A search snippet is not accepted as evidence. Each retained figure must have a named source, year, working source URL, and faithful wording.
  2. Label the evidence. Observed survey results, analyst forecasts, secondary citations, and Teal Packaging's first-party findings are identified separately.
  3. Show disagreement. When credible market estimates use different definitions or scopes, the page presents the range instead of selecting one convenient answer.
  4. Publish the limits. Each guide states geography, sample, timing, methodology, and interpretation constraints when those details are available.
