Box Configurations for Oil Bottles

Glass Protection Features
Essential oil bottles need specific protection:
- Corrugated wrap: surrounds bottle, prevents breakage, add $0.12 per bottle
- Molded pulp cradle: custom-formed to bottle shape, $0.18 per insert
- Dividers: separate bottles in multi-pack boxes, $0.08 per divider
- Foam insert: maximum cushioning, $0.25 per insert
Amber glass provides UV protection, but outer boxes should still provide physical protection during shipping.
Window and Display Options
Windows show bottle while allowing light protection:
- Small window: 1x1 inch, shows bottle without excess exposure
- Horizontal slot: shows bottle height, standard for oils
- No window: best protection, fully printed
Since amber bottles already protect from light, windows do not significantly affect product quality. Windows are purely for retail display appeal.

- 18pt SBS: standard strength, $0.62 each at 1,000 qty

Most essential oil boxes use 16pt because the bottles are lightweight and boxes are small. 18pt adds durability for e-commerce shipping.
