Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our sample kits and custom packaging. Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Sample kits that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Color variations within acceptable industry standards
- Orders where artwork was approved by the customer
- Quantity discrepancies under 5% (industry standard)
Manufacturing And Printing Defects
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error that does not match your approved proof, or materially incorrect items caused by Teal Packaging, we will exchange, replace, reprint, credit, or refund the affected items at no additional cost. Please email photos of the issue to info@tealpackaging.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment when possible and contact us immediately. We will work with you to exchange, replace, or refund the affected items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for Teal-caused issues, including manufacturing defects, printing errors that do not match the approved proof, shipping damage, or materially incorrect items. We do not accept exchanges for buyer's remorse, approved artwork, approved dimensions, non-defective sample kits, or color variation within accepted print tolerances.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
