Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our custom packaging. Since all products are made to order, we have specific policies around returns and refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Color variations within acceptable industry standards
- Orders where artwork was approved by the customer
- Quantity discrepancies under 5% (industry standard)
Manufacturing Defects
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will reprint the affected items at no additional cost. Please email photos of the defect to help@tealpackaging.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. We'll work with you to replace the order or issue a refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Custom packaging is produced to your exact specifications, which means every order is unique to your brand. Because of this, we invest heavily in the pre-production process to make sure everything is right before printing begins. Every order includes a digital proof for your approval, and we do not proceed to production until you confirm the design, dimensions, and material choices.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error that does not match your approved proof, or damage caused during shipping, we will replace the affected units at no cost. Report any issues within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the defect, and our team will arrange a replacement or credit.
We stand behind the quality of our materials and printing. Teal Packaging uses FSC-certified paper stock and soy-based inks on every order, and our quality control process includes pre-press checks, press checks, and final inspection before shipping.
