Accepted File Formats
- PDF (preferred) - vector artwork with embedded fonts
- AI (Adobe Illustrator) - vector with outlined fonts
- PSD (Photoshop) - at 300 DPI minimum
- EPS - vector files
Design Requirements
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum for raster images
- Color Mode: CMYK (not RGB)
- Bleed: Include 0.125" (3mm) bleed on all sides
- Safe Zone: Keep important text 0.25" (6mm) from trim edges
- Fonts: Outline all fonts or embed in PDF
Logo Requirements
For logo printing, we require vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) whenever possible. High-resolution PNG or JPG (minimum 300 DPI) are also accepted.
Proofs & Approvals
We provide digital proofs for review before production. You must approve the proof in writing (email) before we begin printing. Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.
Color Matching
We use CMYK printing. Spot color matching (PMS) is available for an additional fee. Note that final print colors may vary 5-10% from on-screen proofs due to substrate absorption.
Free Design Assistance
Our design team offers free basic design help. This includes layout, typography adjustments, and simple graphic modifications. Complex original artwork may require additional design fees.
Your Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all artwork and designs you provide. We never use customer designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
