Orders & Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and specifications. Minimum order quantity is no minimum order for most products.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before shipping. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Production & Delivery
Standard production time is 7 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available at an additional cost. Shipping is free within the US, Canada, UK, and Australia for standard orders.
Artwork & Design
We offer free design assistance. You retain all rights to your artwork and designs. We require print-ready files in PDF, AI, or PSD format at 300 DPI minimum.
Returns & Refunds
Since all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. See our Return Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
Teal Packaging's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
You represent that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for production. We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement in customer-provided designs.
