Orders & Quotes
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and specifications. Most standard custom box projects start around 50 units, while specialty structures, regulated categories, and some material choices may start at 100+ units.
Payment Terms
Quote-based custom production orders require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Fixed-price online shop orders are charged in full at checkout at the total shown before payment. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Production & Delivery
Standard production time is about 7 business days after artwork approval and payment, while complex or high-volume orders may take longer. Rush orders may be available at an additional cost. Quote-based orders receive shipping details in the quote, and fixed-price shop orders show the order total before payment.
Artwork & Design
We offer free design assistance. You retain all rights to your artwork and designs. We require print-ready files in PDF, AI, or PSD format at 300 DPI minimum.
Returns & Refunds
Since all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. See our Return Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
Teal Packaging's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
You represent that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for production. We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement in customer-provided designs.
