Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and project details. We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, device type, location) through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Website Support Chat
When you open our support chat, a first-party visitor identifier cookie (up to one year) and a chat credential cookie (up to 30 days) help keep your conversation connected. If you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, project details, and messages you provide. Authorized support staff can read and reply to those messages. We may create an unverified Teal Packaging lead in our internal Console for human review and follow-up; a supplied email address is not treated as proof of identity. Our chat service uses Cloudflare infrastructure and our Console systems. We keep chat transcripts for at least one year. If a lead draft is still awaiting human review, its associated chat records may be kept longer until a person resolves it. You can contact us below about access, correction, or deletion of your information.

Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, as long as they agree to keep this information confidential.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in, Teal Packaging may send you SMS messages with quotes, pricing, and order updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
