Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the continental US, Canada, UK, and Australia for all orders. Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days.

Production Time

Production typically takes 7 business days after artwork approval and payment. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Express Shipping

Express shipping (3-5 business days) is available for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote if you need expedited delivery.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 2-3 business days of shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Free Shipping on Every Order

Every Teal Packaging order ships free to addresses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. There is no minimum order value or quantity required for free shipping. Whether you order 25 sample boxes or 25,000 production units, shipping is on us.

Standard production takes 7 business days from the date your artwork proof is approved. After production, shipping transit times are typically 3-5 business days for domestic US deliveries and 5-10 business days for international shipments to Canada, UK, and Australia.

For time-sensitive orders, rush production options are available. Contact our team with your deadline and we will provide a custom timeline and any applicable rush fees. We also offer split shipments for customers who need a portion of their order delivered early while the remainder completes production.
