Free Shipping
Free shipping is included on every Teal order. Delivery timeline, carrier or service level, destination requirements, and tracking expectations are confirmed during quoting based on order size, destination, and production timeline. Production Time
Production typically takes 7 business days after artwork approval and payment. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Express Shipping
Express service levels may be available for time-sensitive orders. Rush production, split shipments, and expedited delivery options are confirmed during quoting when the deadline requires them.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 2-3 business days of shipment.
Delivery Issues
