Free Shipping

Free shipping is included on Teal custom production orders. Delivery timing, carrier or service level, destination requirements, and tracking expectations are confirmed during quoting or shown in the fixed-price shop flow. The free sample kit has a separate $19.99 shipping and handling fee that is credited toward the first custom packaging order. Review the free shipping details for order scope and expectations.

Production Time

Production typically runs from about 7 business days after artwork approval and payment. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Express Shipping

Express service levels may be available for time-sensitive orders. Rush production, split shipments, and expedited delivery options are confirmed during quoting when the deadline requires them.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 2-3 business days of shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Free shipping is included on Teal custom production orders. Teal Packaging confirms carrier or service level, destination requirements, and delivery timing in the quote or fixed-price shop flow before production.

Standard production runs from about 7 business days from the date your artwork proof is approved. After production, shipping transit times are typically 2-5 business days for domestic US deliveries and 5-10 business days for international shipments to Canada, UK, Ireland, and Australia.

For time-sensitive orders, rush production options are available. Contact our team with your deadline and we will provide a custom timeline and any applicable rush fees. We also offer split shipments for customers who need a portion of their order delivered early while the remainder completes production.
