Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before shipping. Orders will not begin production until payment is received.

- Bank Wire Transfer
- Company Purchase Orders (for approved businesses)
Currency
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). For international orders, currency conversion rates apply at time of payment.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of payment with no penalty. After production begins, cancellations are not possible as work has started.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued for: manufacturing defects, cancelled orders within 4 hours, or undeliverable shipments. See our Return Policy for details.
Taxes
Sales tax applies to orders shipped within Illinois. Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid documentation before ordering.
