Our custom mylar bags are available with a child-resistant (CR) closure option engineered to slow access by young children while staying senior-friendly. Choose the mechanism that fits your fill line and product: a press-to-close CR zipper (push-and-pinch to open), a slider-lock CR zipper with a push-and-slide release, or a fully heat-sealed CR pouch for single-use formats. Each CR closure is designed to the performance protocols in 16 CFR 1700.20 and ASTM D3475, so the closure behavior targets those child-resistant test methods.
Every bag can be built with a high-barrier, smell-proof laminated film to lock in aroma and block moisture, oxygen and light. Add tamper-evident features (tear notches, sealed top, or a tamper band) and an opaque board or foil layer so contents are not visible from outside.
