Construction Details
Rigid jewelry boxes use 1.5mm to 2.5mm chipboard for the base structure. Thicker board (2.0mm+) for larger boxes and lid stability. Wrapped paper is typically 157gsm art paper with matte or gloss lamination. Magnetic closures use neodymium magnets embedded in the lid and base. Hinged boxes use metal or fabric hinges depending on box size.
Insert Options
Ring slots are die-cut foam or molded velvet with 20mm diameter openings. Necklace hooks are plastic or metal J-hooks mounted to cardboard backing. Pillow inserts for bracelets use high-density foam wrapped in velvet or satin. Watch cushions are rolled foam cylinders in 40mm to 50mm diameter.
