Free shipping applies to orders meeting the following criteria: minimum order quantity of 500 units, minimum order value of $750, shipping to commercial addresses within the continental United States, and standard ground freight delivery. Orders below these thresholds receive discounted shipping rates based on order size.
Geographic Coverage
Free shipping covers all 48 continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii orders qualify for reduced-rate shipping. International orders to Canada and Mexico receive discounted freight rates with costs quoted individually. We work with freight partners offering competitive rates for territories outside the continental US.
Shipping Timeline
Standard free shipping uses ground freight services with typical delivery times of 5-7 business days after production completion. Production timeline (15-20 business days) plus shipping equals total delivery timeframe of 20-27 business days from order approval. We ship via established freight carriers including FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, and regional LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers.
