Teal Packaging accepts the following payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer: Available for large orders
- PayPal: Secure online payment
- Company Purchase Orders: Available for approved business accounts
Pricing & Quotes
All custom packaging is priced on a per-order basis. Pricing depends on box style, dimensions, material, print specifications, and quantity. To receive a personalized quote:
- Submit a quote request with your specifications.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with detailed pricing.
- Once you approve the quote and design proof, we will send a payment link or invoice.
Payment Terms
- New customers: Full payment is required before production begins.
- Returning customers: May be eligible for 50% deposit with balance due before shipping, subject to approval.
- Large orders (5,000+ units): Custom payment terms may be arranged. Contact us to discuss.
Currency
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
Security
All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your financial information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. Our website is protected with an SSL certificate to ensure safe browsing and transactions.
Invoices & Receipts
You will receive an invoice via email after placing your order and a receipt upon payment confirmation. For business accounts, we can provide detailed invoices for your records.
Cancellation & Refunds
