Our Guarantee

At Teal Packaging, we stand behind the quality of every order. If your custom packaging arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved proof, we will make it right.

Returns & Reprints

Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on orders that match the approved proof. However, we offer reprints or refunds in the following cases:

• Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days with photos. We will reprint or refund the affected items at no cost.
• Print defects: If colors, text, or artwork do not match your approved digital proof, we will reprint the order free of charge.
• Wrong quantity: If you receive fewer items than ordered, we will ship the remaining units immediately.
• Wrong product: If you receive the wrong product type, we will ship the correct order and arrange a return pickup for the incorrect items.

How to Request a Return or Reprint

1. Email us at support@tealpackaging.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
4. If approved, we will reprint and ship replacement items, or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible as materials have been cut and printed to your custom specifications.

Sample Orders

We offer free physical samples of your custom design before full production runs. This lets you verify quality, color accuracy, and fit before committing to a large order. Sample shipping is free within the US.
