Teal Packaging offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value required.

Processing Time

Custom packaging orders typically require 8-12 business days for production, depending on the complexity of your design, quantity ordered, and current production volume. Rush orders are available for faster turnaround.

Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real time.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at help@tealpackaging.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
