How do you ship books?
Use a rigid, snug mailer that wraps the book on all sides, protect the corners, and leave no room for the book to move. Books are dense and heavy for their size, so the damage is never crushing; it is corner impact and spine strain from a book sliding inside an oversized box.

How do you pack step by step?
- Bag the book if it is new, collectible or going anywhere damp. Moisture damage to a book is permanent.
