How do I pick a label size for a bottle or jar?
Measure the flat printable area, not the container. A label needs to sit inside the straight section of the wall, clear of the shoulder and the base curve, with a margin either side. Portrait sizes suit tall bottles, landscape suits wide jars, and squares suit lids, boxes and flat pouches.
Rounded corners or square corners?
Square corners look sharper in a grid layout and line up cleanly against a straight edge. Rounded corners are less likely to catch and lift when packs are handled, stacked or pulled off a shelf, which is why they are common on products that move a lot. Check which the size you want offers.
Why do my labels peel in the fridge or the shower?
Usually the surface, not the adhesive. Apply to a clean, dry container at room temperature and give the adhesive time to bond before the pack goes cold or wet. How do I stop artwork getting trimmed off the edge?
