Any header taller than 5 in should be scored as a folded double panel or it flops forward by the third day on shelf. Litho lamination onto E-flute carries photographic art and Pantone matching; direct print on plain corrugated holds solid colors and line work but softens fine gradients and small reverse type.

Flat, glued, or ship-in-display

  • Flat shipped: cheapest freight, store staff assemble. An auto-lock bottom cuts setup to roughly ten seconds per unit.
  • Glued and pre-packed: arrives loaded and drops straight onto the counter. You pay freight on the air inside it.
  • Ship-in-display: an outer shipper tears away on a perforated line and the tray is already filled. That outer wants 32 ECT board at minimum.

Back-date the schedule from the reset, not from today

Eligible in-house display work may run in about 7 business days after proof approval. Specialty imported constructions can take about 12 weeks door to door. Both are planning ranges rather than promises, and retail resets do not move, so work backward from the reset date and add float for the proof round trip. Orders route between a plant in West Chicago, Illinois and a second in Guangzhou depending on construction, finishing, and quantity, which is also why the two lead times differ so much.

Test the slot before you commit the die
