This page is the Hawaii entry point. Below you will find every Hawaii city we publish a local page for, how delivery to the state actually works, and how to pick a format for the run you have in mind.
How Teal Serves Hawaii
Teal Packaging is a US-based packaging supplier with two production facilities: West Chicago, Illinois and Guangzhou, China. Each job is routed to one of them by the production team based on the spec you approve.
Hawaii is a non-contiguous US destination. Teal has no plant, warehouse or office in Hawaii, and every order is produced at West Chicago, Illinois or at our Guangzhou plant. Because the final leg leaves the mainland, we confirm the carrier and the delivery window on your quote before you approve anything, rather than leaving you to guess at it.
Cities We Serve in Hawaii
We publish a local page for Honolulu, and the page covers delivery and quoting for that market.
The list is not a service boundary. We ship to any Hawaii address, and the offer, the minimums and the turnaround are identical whether or not your city has its own page yet.
Choosing a Format for a Hawaii Delivery
On a long lane like Hawaii, the parcel passes through more handling before it reaches the door, so wall construction and right-sizing matter more than they do on a short haul. The second question is what the box does at the other end: protect, present, or both.
- Corrugated B-flute for heavier loads and longer handling chains
- Corrugated E-flute where the print surface matters more than the load
- Right-sized dielines so you are not paying to ship air across the country
- Mailer boxes for direct-to-customer shipments that arrive ready to open
If you are not sure which way to go, send us the product dimensions, the quantity and where it is going. We will come back with a structure and a dieline rather than asking you to specify board grades yourself. Two good starting points are custom corrugated boxes and custom mailer boxes.
Materials and Finishes
Kraft paperboard 300 to 400gsm, white SBS 14 to 18pt, corrugated E-flute and B-flute, rigid chipboard 1.5 to 2.5mm, plus mylar, tin and vinyl. Printing uses soy and water-based inks. FSC-certified and recyclable options are available by specification, so ask for them on the quote. Finishing includes foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, soft-touch coating, die-cuts and windows.
Turnaround on Hawaii Orders
Nothing goes on press until you approve a digital proof. Standard production runs from about 7 business days after proof approval, and complex structures or high-volume runs take longer. Add 2 to 5 business days for US delivery, with express and economy options available.
Rush production runs from about 4 to 7 business days after proof approval on qualified ready-to-print jobs, quoted at rush review. Qualification depends on print-ready artwork, clear dimensions and quantity, an approved material direction and fast proof approval. Complex structures, specialty finishes and high volumes may need a standard window instead. If you have a fixed in-store or launch date in Hawaii, say so on the first message and we will tell you which window is realistic before you commit.
