Bagasse and molded fiber containers are pressed from plant pulp, so they hold shape under warm contents and cost less at scale than lined board. PLA lined paperboard gives a smoother surface for print. Hinged lids reduce the parts count at the counter; separate lids stack more tightly in storage. Grease resistance is a coating specification, so state what you are filling.
